Multiple Universes are used in BusinessObjects when: 1) there are separate physical data sources that need to be accessed independently, 2) the same physical data source needs to be accessed with different perspectives or models, 3) to improve performance by distributing the workload across multiple universes, and 4) to enforce security policies by controlling access to specific objects within each universe.

Hope you have worked on enhancements and on which userexit you worked can you explain?
