Suppose we want to give minimum authorization to end users so that they can only see the output of modeling views. The users should not be able to perform any other activities. What are the privileges that should be assigned to the user?

For minimal access, you should assign READ access for the modeling view in the catalog. You may also want to consider setting the user as a 'Viewer' role or a custom role with only READ permissions.
