The Time Distribution Option in the Update Rule for SAP HANA InfoProviders determines how to distribute updates across time. There are three options: 'Periodic (P)', 'Daily Incremental (I)', and 'Historical Incremental (H)'. 'Periodic' overwrites data for a specific period, 'Daily Incremental' appends daily changes, and 'Historical Incremental' only stores updates that have occurred after the last load.
