In SAP HANA, a Transaction Manager is responsible for managing transactions to ensure data consistency. Each user session creates a transaction context, where multiple database operations are grouped as a single unit of work. The Transaction Manager commits or rolls back the entire set of operations within a transaction if it encounters an error.
