To start creating a Universe in SAP BO BOBJ (Business Objects), open the BusinessObjects Enterprise Central Management Console, navigate to 'CMS' > 'Universe Designer', and then click on 'New Universe'. This will launch the Universe Designer where you can define your data sources and build your data model.
