To create Pay Scale Types in SAP HR, follow these steps: 1. Navigate to the Personnel Administration workcenter and select Organizational Management. 2. In the Personnel Area Structure, click on Create New Objects. 3. Select Pay Scale Type from the list of available objects. 4. Enter a unique name and number for the new pay scale type, as well as any relevant details such as salary structure or job group. 5. Save the new pay scale type.
