While posting transaction, can we give cost centre / production order at time?

Yes, when posting a transaction in SAP FI-CO, you can assign Cost Centers or Production Orders if they are relevant to the transaction. For example, during a purchasing transaction, you can specify the Cost Center to which the costs should be charged.
