Suppose there is a difference between the planned and actual hours of internal manpower where will you document the reason/ cause of this variance. Is there any standard sap facility available to address such situation.

In SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), the differences between planned and actual hours of internal manpower can be documented in the 'Actual Data' sheet of the maintenance order. You can enter the reasons for the variance in the 'Comments' field.nThere is a standard SAP facility available for this situation called 'Variance Analysis'. It allows you to compare planned and actual data and determine the causes of variances.
