Consignment stocks in SAP MM have several key features: 1) The ownership of goods remains with the vendor until they are sold by the customer. 2) The customer is responsible for inventory management and sales. 3) The vendor creates a delivery without invoice, which reduces the need for immediate payment. 4) The stock level in the customer's warehouse is monitored. 5) Upon sale, the customer raises an internal invoice to record the transaction.
