To perform Quota Arrangement in SAP MM, follow these steps: 1) Define Quotas for materials, vendors and plants. 2) Create a Sales Area for the arrangement. 3) Assign the quotas to the sales area. 4) Define Sales Orders with the appropriate conditions.
