To create a physical inventory document for a new material in SAP MM using movement type 701 (Goods Movement - Issued from Stock), follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Material Master record of the new material.
2. Go to the 'Stock Tab' and click on 'Initial Stock Entry'.
3. Select the storage location and enter the quantity, then choose movement type 701.
4. Save the document and confirm it.
