To activate split valuation for all materials after one year of go-live, the following steps can be taken:
1. Create a custom ABAP program or use transaction code OVXA to check if the material master has split valuation activated.
2. If not activated, loop through each material and set the appropriate flags (like CO_SPLIT_PRC, SP_GRP_ID) for split valuation activation.
3. Run the program after one year of go-live to activate split valuation for all materials.
