Delivery Document (VF03/VF04) is a SAP document that represents the actual shipment of goods to a customer, whereas scheduling refers to planning and coordinating deliveries for efficient resource utilization. In other words, scheduling determines when a delivery should occur, while the delivery document is the physical representation of the scheduled delivery.
