To exchange data between programs using ABAP memory, you can use the following statements: 1) `DATA: <variable> TYPE <data_type> TABLE <table_type>.` To declare a table variable. 2) `MOVE TABLE <source_table> TO <destination_table>`. To copy the contents of one table to another.
