I just wanted to know that when I am recruiting somebody, I am generating his personal no also. Then I want to give him training also. Now I just want to create 2 scenarios to clear my doubts? : sap abap hr

Scenario 1:nnDuring the recruitment process, you would first generate a personal number (Personnel Number or PERNR) for the new employee in SAP ABAP HR. This number is unique within your system and acts as an identification for the employee.nnScenario 2:nOnce the employee's personnel number has been created, you can then enroll the employee in training programs using the SAP Learning solution. You will be able to assign training courses, track progress, and manage certifications for each employee within the system.
