Explain get pernr concept when we use logical data base? : abap hr
Answer Posted / Ravindra Kumar Suman
GET PERNR is a standard function module in SAP HR that retrieves the personnel number (pernr) of an employee. When using a Logical Database, GET PERNR first checks if the employee's data exists in the primary database and then retrieves it from the corresponding secondary database to ensure consistency and availability of data.
