How will determine whether your sap server is unicode or ascii ?

To determine if an SAP server uses Unicode or ASCII, you can check the NLS_LANG parameter in the database. If it's set to a value that includes UTF8, UTF16, or AL31UTF8, it indicates that the server is using Unicode. Otherwise, if it's set to an ASCII encoding like AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL31TERM, it's using ASCII.
