The three types of frames in Wi-Fi protocols are Management Frames, Control Frames, and Data Frames. Control frames are used to manage the communication between access points and stations like ACK (Acknowledgement), RTS (Request To Send), and CTS (Clear To Send). Data frames carry user data.
