The Object Diagrams in UML are graphical representations that show the objects and their interactions in a system at a specific point in time. They are dynamic snapshots of object-oriented models and can be used to visualize how messages are exchanged between objects. In UML, Object Diagrams are represented as instances of Class Diagrams.
