is there any way to read the ms excel datas directly into informatica?like is there any possibilities to take excel file as target?

Yes, Informatica can read MS Excel data directly. You can use a PowerCenter session to connect to the Excel file as a source or target. The Excel Connection type can be found under 'File' in the Connection Types.
