The Current Account Deficit (CAD) is a measure of a country's international trade deficit, which includes not only the trade in goods and services but also factors like net earnings from overseas investments and transfers such as foreign aid or remittances by migrant workers. On the other hand, Fiscal Deficit refers to the excess of total government expenditure over its total revenue during a financial year.
