What is StandAlone Agent and default port number?

The Standalone Agent is a lightweight integration agent in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Unlike the Managed Agents, which are installed and managed by ODI Studio, the Standalone Agent is a standalone executable that can be started manually. The default port for the Standalone Agent is 9703.
