What is the Difference between Site Pages and Application Pages?
Answer Posted / Shyam Kumar Thakur
Site Pages are used to create simple, dynamic web pages within a SharePoint site collection. They are based on an ASP.NET page and can be created and edited by users with appropriate permissions. Application Pages, on the other hand, are used for more complex solutions that require custom code. They are stored in the 14 Hive or App_Global.asax in IIS.
