if out of x bulbs y bulbs are broken;the % of non broken bulbs
Answer Posted / Shurveer Saxena
To find the percentage of non-broken bulbs, first calculate the number of non-broken bulbs by subtracting the number of broken bulbs (y) from the total number of bulbs (x). Then divide this value by the total number of bulbs and multiply by 100 to get the percentage.
