If Dev walks 30 miles/hr. he reaches 1 hour before and if he walks with a speed of 20 miles/hr. he reach 1 hour late. Find the distance between 2 points and the exact time of reaching destination is 11 am then find the speed with which he walks.

Let D be the distance between the two points. When Dev travels at a speed of 30 mph, he reaches in (D/30 - 1) hours, and when he travels at a speed of 20 mph, he takes (D/20 + 1) hours. Since they meet at exactly 11 am, we have: D/30 - 1 = D/20 + 1 + T, where T is the common time in hours they travel together. Solving for D gives us D = 600 miles. The combined speed of both can be found by adding their individual speeds: (30 + 20) mph = 50 mph.
