Since the question mentions that we're dealing with a rectangular tank, to calculate the volume, we use the formula: Volume = Length * Width * Height. Assuming the original length is L, width is W, and height is H, then when all dimensions are doubled, the new length would be 2L, width would be 2W, and height would be 2H. The volume of the new tank would be (2L)(2W)(2H) = 8LWH cubic liters.
