In pulse-width modulation, tPLH (Pulse On Time or Pulse High Time) is the time during which the output signal is in a high state (ON), while tPHL (Pulse Off Time or Pulse Low Time) is the time when the output signal is in a low state (OFF). Given that the leading edge of the input pulse to the inverter lasts for 10 ns, and the leading edge of the output pulse lasts for 8 ns, we can calculate tPLH as 10 ns and tPHL as 12 ns. However, please note that these values may be affected by other factors such as rise and fall times.
