reason to maintain the Resistance of the probe + extension
cable equal to 95 ohm? If possible explain the basic
principle of measurement with detail electronic circuits.

The Bentley Nevada Vibration Monitoring System requires a probe and extension cable resistance of 95 ohms for proper operation. This is because the system uses bridge circuitry with Wheatstone bridge configuration, where four resistors are used to measure the unknown resistance (in this case, the impedance of the monitored structure). By maintaining a known resistance value for the probe and extension cable, it ensures accurate measurement and compensation for any variations in the unknown resistance.
