Here are some steps to help you get started with SAP R3 and CRM as a novice:
1. Familiarize yourself with the SAP GUI (Graphical User Interface). You can access it by double-clicking on the SAP icon on your desktop.
2. Log in using your SAP user ID and password provided by your system administrator.
3. After logging in, you will be presented with the SAP welcome screen. Choose the relevant client and enter your user ID and password again if prompted.
4. Once logged in, you can start exploring the different modules of SAP R3 and CRM. Some common areas to explore include Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), and Human Capital Management (HCM).
5. You may also want to refer to the SAP Help Portal for detailed documentation on each module, as well as tutorials and videos.
6. Consider taking a course or attending training sessions to gain more in-depth knowledge of SAP R3 and CRM.
