1. bdoc stands for Business Object Document in SAP CRM. It is used to transfer business objects between different systems. There are two main types of bdocs: standard bdocs (provided by SAP) and customer bdocs (created by the customer). To check for errors, you can use the BDoc Debugger in the SAP GUI or use the SMQ1 transaction to monitor the status of your bdoc.
2. Monitoring can be done using the CRM Monitoring Workbench (STC4) and the SAP Solution Manager.
3. To replicate ECC data to CRM, you can use Business Partner Replication (BPR). You can check its status using transaction code CRMEBPR.
4. Inbound queues receive messages from external systems while outbound queues send messages to them.
5. Middleware configure settings include system parameters, service configurations, and message routing settings. These are usually configured in the SAP NetWeaver or ABAP environment.
6. Delta download is a process that transfers only the changes (deltas) since the last full download (Initial Load). To process it, you can use transaction code SMQ1.
7. Initial Load and Delta Download are two methods for transferring data between systems. Initial Load transfers all data while Delta Download transfers only the changed data.
8. A site is a logical system unit in SAP CRM. It represents a unique business location with its own set of customers, partners, employees, etc. A publication is a collection of business objects that are made available for subscription by other systems. A subscription is the process of receiving and processing these published business objects.
9. Middleware Coakpit and Trace have similar functions but are used in different contexts. Coakpit is a web-based tool for monitoring and managing middleware processes, while Trace provides detailed logs of individual transactions.
10. Middleware parameters include system properties, connection settings, and behavioral configurations.
