To add custom reports in a manager's view in SAP HR, you can use transactions like PFCG (Custom Code for Authorizations) and RZCYC (Create View) or RSDH (Maintain Display). You will need to create a new view that includes your custom report, assign it to the relevant authorization object, and then link this view to the manager's role.
