I am facing problem in infotype 0019/ monitoring of task. Pls help me in doing it 0019 working, the system is not giving the reminder on set date, is it require some other settings also. Pls let me know what all settings need to be done for this infotype?

To troubleshoot issues with Infotype 0019 (Personal Data - Employment/Training/Education), check the following settings: Ensure the 'Reminder' checkbox is selected in the customizing for the specific employee type; configure the reminder settings like frequency, message text, and due date; and verify that the notification procedure is correctly set up.
