To assign structural profiles to users in SAP HR, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Personnel Administration work center.
2. Navigate to Organization Management -> Structural Organizations -> Assign Structures.
3. Enter the employee's ID and select the desired structure.
4. Save your changes.
