To create PRT (Production Routing) Master Records in SAP PP, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Production Planning work center (OVM1) and choose 'Create/Change Production Routing'
2. Enter the necessary details like material, plant, production routine, and operation sequence
3. Define the operations for each stage of the production process, including setup times, processing times, and sequence control
4. Save the PRT master record after entering all required information
