When running MRP in SAP PP, the system performs several background jobs to calculate material requirements and generate production orders. These jobs are scheduled automatically based on a user-defined time window (MRP scheduling window) and can also be manually initiated. To check or schedule the background jobs for MRP, you can navigate to transaction code OVMN in the SAP system.
