A Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) is an agreement that covers multiple deliveries of the same material over a specific time frame, but without specifying individual delivery dates. Each delivery within the BPO has its own separate Goods Issue and Goods Receipt documents.nFramework Orders (FKPO) are similar to BPOs but are typically used for long-term agreements with multiple materials and various suppliers. Unlike BPOs, Framework Orders require a separate purchase order to be created for each delivery.
