How are free items managed in a po? You need to tick the tem as free in the po. The price will be zero for such po's.

In SAP MM, free items can be added to a Purchase Order (PO) by marking them as 'free' during creation or modification of the PO. When an item is set as free, its price will be automatically adjusted to zero. However, it's important to note that the system requires a valid unit of measure and material master data for free items.
