Consignment Stock Process in SAP SD refers to the arrangement where a supplier delivers goods to a customer without charging immediately. Instead, the supplier keeps ownership of the goods until the customer sells them, at which point the supplier invoices the customer for the sold goods. This process is used when the supplier wants to reduce the risk of non-payment from the customer.
