What is an Open Item in SAP? How will you find an Open Item in SAP?
Answer Posted / Mr Avesh Kumar Gautam
An open item refers to an unposted document or transaction in SAP. This includes sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and goods movements that have not been posted yet. To find open items in SAP, you can use the FB03 transaction for Sales Orders, ME21N for Purchase Orders, VBAP for Goods Movements, or VA02 for Invoices.
