How do you find the tables to report from when the user just tell you the transaction he uses? And all the underlying data is from SAP structures?

Answer Posted / Vishal Gautam

To find the tables for reporting when given a transaction, you can use Transaction Code SE11 (Display ABAP Dictionary). Here, you can search for the relevant structures used in that transaction and create your report based on these tables. If you know the exact table name, you can also use Transaction Code SE16 (Structures) directly.
