If you're unable to log into the SAP system using client 000 and can successfully log in using client 001, it might be an issue with your user settings or permissions for that specific client. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:
1. Check if your user is configured correctly for client 000 by navigating to SPRO -> User Master Data -> Users -> Define Users -> Select your User ID -> T-Code SU01.
2. Ensure that the initial screen for client 000 is set up properly by checking the configuration under SPRO -> System Administration -> Screen Painting -> Initial Screen Definition.
3. Verify if there are any specific authorizations required for client 000 that you might be missing.
