Package Diagram in UML represents the organizational structure of the system. It groups related classes, components, or other packages into packages to promote reuse and reduce complexity. Packages can have nested packages. They are represented using a folder icon ('<<package>>') and package names are enclosed in double quotes. Package diagrams help to identify dependencies between packages.
