What are different types of JVM's? for example we use dalvik jvm for android then what about the remaining operating systems?

Dalvik VM is used in Android, while HotSpot VM is used in most Java applications on desktop and server platforms. IBM's J9 and Oracle's GraalVM are other examples of JVMs.
