Managing connections during migration in Informatica can be achieved through several methods. Firstly, you could use Connection Manager Migration utility which allows you to migrate all connection information from one environment to another. Secondly, you can save and load the connections using the Connections Export/Import function available in PowerCenter. Lastly, updating the Connection Properties file directly is also an option but it's not recommended as it may lead to errors.
