1. Link vs Union:ntLink: A link in Cognos Report Studio allows you to combine data from multiple sources and display them as a single table or chart. It creates a relationship between two tables based on common columns.ntUnion: A UNION clause in SQL combines the result-set of two or more SELECT statements into a single result-set, providing that the number and types of the columns are identical in all SELECT statements.nn2. Custom View:nA custom view is a user-defined query saved in Cognos Report Studio. It allows you to create complex queries that can be reused across multiple reports.nn3. Unlocking a report: When a report is locked, it cannot be edited or deleted by users other than the owner. Unlocking a report makes it editable again.
