In Cognos 8, you can schedule conditional rendering using the following steps:
1. Create or edit a report with conditional formatting.
2. Configure the report properties to set up the data refresh interval and the delivery options (e.g., email, FTP).
3. Use the Conditional Formatting option in the Properties tab of a report object to define conditions for rendering based on specific criteria.
