when the dividend will issue by the company .if that time
shares will sell by the holder who got the dividend?

When a company issues a dividend, it does not necessarily mean that the shareholders will immediately sell their shares. Shareholders can choose to hold onto their shares even after receiving a dividend. However, some shareholders may decide to sell their shares for various reasons such as realizing profits or rebalancing their portfolio.
