The energy consumption of a 3-phase motor can be calculated using the power equation, P = V^2/R (where P is power in watts, V is the RMS voltage in volts, and R is the resistance in ohms). For a 3-phase motor, the resistance can be found by measuring it with an ohmmeter. Keep in mind that most motors are not resistive loads, so this formula may provide an approximation of power consumption.
