Hi Friends,
I have completed 3 rounds of an Interview with HR discussion also and got Offer letter from Cognizant, but after in 30 min they send one more email like Offer is on Hold, and its not valid...
Could you please guide me any one , Can i expect Offer again from Cognizant or Can i drop the hopes ?.

It can be discouraging to receive an offer that gets put on hold so quickly. However, it's possible that this could still lead to a job offer in the future. It may help to follow up with the HR representative and express your continued interest in the position. Keeping open lines of communication is important.

You must test a trouble report where the problem cannot be reproduced. You tried using various test data files and mutations from the data files the customer sent along with the trouble report. The software does not fail the way it did at the customer's site.
