I have attended an interview in MNC , HR round still pending.
What salary shall i expect from them. My current CTC : Rs.250000.00

It is your needs and can go for Hike in salary or other benefits sometimes. Since HR round is still pending once it is done, You can clarify before confirming the offer to you. You can accept it based on what you are expecting from job, salary offered and other benefits you are getting etc., factors considering the offer can be negotiated.
